Our home for these days will be Atlas Kasbah, a beautiful ecolodge and spa near Agadir, surrounded by argan woodland in the foothills of the Atlas Mountains. With its towers and warm, earthy architecture, the kasbah has the storybook presence of a little castle. Inside, carved wooden doors, traditional furnishings, and smooth tadelakt plaster bring the beauty of Moroccan craftsmanship into the spaces around you. The grounds hold a permaculture garden with fruit trees, vegetables, aromatic and medicinal plants, and the argan trees so closely associated with this region. Terraces open onto the landscape, while a saltwater pool invites you to slow down and dive in between sessions. Imagine taking your notebook outside, looking up from the page, and finding that your thoughts suddenly have room to stretch. This is an opportunity to capture the person behind your business: your presence, your personality, and the qualities that make your work distinctly yours. With Morocco’s beautiful surroundings offering inspiration, we will create space for images that feel connected to you and the way you want to show up in your next chapter.
Our professional videographer and editor will lead a practical workshop on shooting, editing, and storytelling, helping you turn everyday moments and business ideas into engaging social media content.
You will learn how to frame your shots, work with light and movement, and bring clips together into a story. There will also be guidance on positioning yourself on camera, choosing your surroundings, and presenting yourself and your work in ways that feel natural and communicate what matters to your audience.
During our photo outings and time around the retreat, you will have opportunities to experiment, practise, and gather material with professional support close by.
Our videographer will also capture you in motion during the retreat, providing footage you can use for your own social media. Moments of you working, creating, and engaging with your surroundings can become useful material for introducing yourself, sharing your perspective, and telling the story of your business.

Step away from the keyboard and into a different creative rhythm in a arabic and berber calligraphy session –Â Explore the beauty of letterforms, the movement of your hand, and the pleasure of trying something new without needing to master it. A traditional hammam experience is included for every participant. Time to enjoy warmth, cleansing, and care, and let your attention return to your body after all that thinking and creating. Your 45 minutes traditional Amazigh ritual will include a hammam, body scrub and ghassoul clay body wrap.
Additional massages and spa experiences can be booked directly with Atlas Kasbah at an extra cost, if you would like more time for relaxation and pampering.

If you’re joining with a business partner, simply select the shared room option and provide both of your names and email addresses on the note as checkout. You can each pay your €2,000 separately, so there’s no need for one person to cover the full amount. Your partner will receive their own payment link, and you’ll each receive an individual confirmation and invoice once both payments are complete.

This retreat is for business owners of all genders who already have an operational business and want to develop its next chapter. You might be growing your income, refining your offers, making room beyond your current capacity, improving your systems, or exploring additional income streams. There is no minimum turnover or audience size, but you should already offer something to clients or customers.
Absolutely not. You can be witchy and run any kind of business. Whether you work in a creative field, professional services, retail, wellbeing, education, or another industry, you are welcome. Our rituals and mindset work will have a witchy angle, with space for intention, symbolism, reflection, and your own personal practice. Our business strategy will go deeply into what your particular business and market need, including your customers, positioning, offers, pricing, marketing, capacity, and opportunities for growth. There is no expectation to make your branding more spiritual or bring witchcraft into what you sell.
For this retreat, you should already have a business in operation – even if not every part of this business is figured out. If you are in the idea-finding stage, I warmly recommend the upcoming WitchBiz Workation in Spain in 2028, which will be a better place to explore those first steps.

Please plan your journey through Agadir Al Massira Airport (AGA). The included scheduled group transfers run between this airport and Atlas Kasbah. If you want to organise your own transport or fly into a different airport that is possible at your own expense and planning. As Morrocon airports are notoriously slow with gettig through customs, you might want to consider arriving a day early / leaving a day later and exploring a bit of Agadir in a location of your choice.
The arrival transfer departs Agadir airport at 12 noon on 9 October 2027. Please allow enough time for immigration, baggage collection, and reaching the meeting point before departure. The return transfer departs Atlas Kasbah at 12 noon on 13 October 2027, travelling to Agadir airport. Noon is the departure time from the venue. Please allow for the drive and your airline’s check-in requirements when choosing your return flight. All transfer times are local Moroccan time. Please not that Morrocan airports tend to be a bit slower with immigration that you might be used to from other countries so please allow plenty of time or travel in/out a day early/late.
Transfers outside the scheduled service and any extra accommodation are not included in the retreat price. However: the retreat location is not very far from the airport. So expect approximate travel costs of 35 Euro per direction for private transport.
Entry requirements depend on your nationality, passport, and purpose of travel. Please check the current requirements with the Moroccan embassy or consulate serving your country before booking, including passport validity and any visa requirements relevant to attending a business-focused retreat. Recheck before travelling, as requirements may change before October 2027.
Bring comfortable clothes for workshops and relaxation, layers, sun protection, swimwear, and shoes suitable for our outings. Pack your laptop, charger, notebook, phone or camera, and outfits you would enjoy wearing for your brand photoshoot. You might also like to bring a personal item for your morning rituals or something that helps you feel connected to the chapter you are creating. A full packlist will be sent out after booking.
Yes, full board is included, and vegetarian meals are available on request. Please mention dietary requirements and allergies when booking so we can confirm what the venue can accommodate.
Yes. Your retreat includes a brand photoshoot with Eira Studios and a mini photo package. Eira Studios brings a creative, unconventional approach to portrait photography, with a focus on capturing personality, presence, and authentic self-expression, with the intention of capturing your presence and the essence of your business. Your images can reflect your professional identity and do not need to have a witchy theme. Additional photos can be purchased after your session.
Yes. The retreat combines workshops, personal coaching, and focused implementation with time to rest and enjoy the setting. Space to pause is part of giving your ideas room to develop, and you will have opportunities to enjoy your own company as well as the group.
We can explore income streams that rely less on your live presence, where they suit your business and market. That could include digital products, repeatable resources, or changes to how you deliver your work. These routes still require thoughtful creation, marketing, and maintenance, so we will consider the work involved alongside the opportunities.
Eligible business elements may be deductible, depending on the tax rules that apply to you. Ask your accountant about the retreat fee, photography, accommodation, meals, and travel, and retain the relevant records.
Being respectful and open-minded towards all is a non-negotiable condition.
In order to join, a small non-refundable deposit is needed to hold your space. Full payment must be sent until 3 months before the start of the retreat.
Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. If you cancel your participation in a retreat for any reason, the cancellation policy described here will apply, with no exceptions. If unforeseen circumstances occur (ex. injury, illness, work issues, family emergency etc.), you’re welcome to find someone else to take your spot. If we have people on the waitlist, we’ll do our best to replace you and refund your money, but cannot promise this.
If for some unexpected reason, The witches’ cookery cancels the retreat, we’ll refund you in full for all payment including deposits, but cannot compensate you for airfare or travel costs incurred. We do recommend purchasing Travel Insurance, if that’s a worry.
