Not because something about you needs fixing, but because your body, mind, and soul might be ready for a reset that feels nourishing, magical, and real. This is about unlocking your energy at the height of the sun season, beginning with the Summer Solstice. It is about that soft inner glow that comes from consistency, connection, and living in tune with your own rhythms and the natural world around you.
 
It is also about becoming more aware of how you actually move through your days. So often, we simply function from one task to the next without pausing to notice how we are feeling, what we need, or how the choices we make throughout the day affect us emotionally, mentally, and physically. We might know that something is not making us feel good, yet keep repeating it because it has become familiar, automatic, or simply easier than stopping long enough to ask what is really going on.
 
During Healed Witch Summer, you will be invited to create more intentional moments of connection with yourself. Moments in which you can notice what lifts your mood, what drains your energy, what settles your nervous system, what leaves your body feeling supported, and what quietly pulls you further away from yourself. Not so that you can analyse or optimise every second of your life, but so that you can understand yourself more deeply and make choices that genuinely support the way you want to feel and live.
 
Summer is not only a time that often gives us a teensy bit more breathing room, but the warmer weather also makes it easier to go outside, breathe deeply, and feel your feet on the ground. It reminds you that you are a creature of the elements, of fire, earth, water, and air, and that you can work with them to create more balance, clarity, vitality, and joy.
 
So that is what we will do.
 
Through solar magic, nature rituals, somatic practices, journaling, gentle habit-building, plant spirit work, psychological tools, and kitchen witchery, we will tend to the sacred trinity of body, mind, and soul. Not in a pushy, hustle-culture way, but in a way that is playful, compassionate, and actually sustainable. We will explore what is weighing you down, introduce more of what feels good, and learn to honour your energy instead of continually overriding it.
 
A large part of this journey will be shining a big, bright summer light on your habits. The tiny things you do every day quietly shape your mood, your health, your energy, your confidence, and the way you experience your life. Some of those habits nourish you and help you feel grounded, connected, and alive. Others keep you stuck, small, depleted, unhappy, or disconnected from what you know would genuinely be good for you.
 
But this is not about forcing yourself into a perfect routine, following another extreme self-improvement plan, or turning your summer into a productivity challenge wearing a flower crown. Together, we will explore how to gently release the habits that no longer support you and establish new ones that fuel your happiness, wellbeing, energy, and the way you walk through life.
 
We will make the process playful, gamified, and magical. Small changes become experiments, everyday practices become rituals, and supportive habits become anchors you can return to. Instead of constantly pushing against yourself, you will learn how to work with your mind, your energy, and your actual life in a way that can feel so natural and manageable that you may wonder why change never seemed to work quite this way before.

No worries. All Zoom sessions are recorded and will be made available to workshop participants for one week after the live class, so even if you cannot join live, you can always watch the replay and catch up in your own time.

And because you have group support throughout the week, you are not just left alone with the recording either. If you missed a class and would like a little guidance on what we covered, what to focus on, or which homework would be most helpful for you personally, you can absolutely reach out there and I can point you in the right direction.

No problem at all. The Whatsapp group is there as an extra support space, not as something you are forced to use. You can opt in or out as you wish.

It is a space for daily support with your fellow group members, where you can share your wins, your struggles, your tiny habit miracles, your “I actually went outside and touched grass” moments, your questions, and also receive feedback from me as your coach. Healed Witch Summer is a 4-week body, mind, and soul transformation where we work with the energy of summer, the elements, solar magic, nature rituals, somatic practices, journaling, plant spirit work, kitchen witchery, and gentle habit-building.

The goal is not to fix you, because you are not a broken chair from a flea market. The goal is to help you reconnect with your rhythm, your rituals, your radiance, and the version of you that feels more present, more nourished, more regulated, and more in tune with life.

We work with the height of summer as a portal for energy, clarity, joy, embodiment, and sustainable change.

No. This is not a fitness challenge, diet plan, weight loss course, medical detox, or “drink this celery potion and become a new woman by Tuesday” situation.

When we talk about detoxing, we are talking about gently noticing what weighs you down emotionally, mentally, energetically, and habitually. This might be doomscrolling, overwhelm, self-abandonment, rushing, ignoring your body, overcommitting, or forgetting that joy is also allowed.

We will bring in supportive rituals, reflection, gentle movement, seasonal routines, kitchen witchery, and nervous-system-friendly practices, but nothing here replaces medical, nutritional, or therapeutic advice.

Absolutely not. This course is not for the person who already wakes up at 5 a.m., drinks perfectly green things, has a ten-step morning ritual, and glows so hard the neighbors complain.

It is for real humans with real lives. Busy humans. Tired humans. Sensitive humans. Witchy humans who love the idea of a beautiful seasonal practice but also sometimes forget to drink water until 3 p.m.

You do not need to arrive disciplined. You just need to arrive willing.

You will receive daily prompts and activities, but the time commitment can vary. Some practices can be done in 5 minutes. Others may invite you to sit down with your journal, go outside, prepare a small ritual, move your body gently, make something in the kitchen, or reflect a little more deeply.

And because we all live actual human lives with dishes, jobs, children, tired bodies, chaotic inboxes, and mysterious laundry piles, I do not expect perfection. I do not expect you to do every single thing every single day.

What I do ask is that you take yourself seriously enough to engage with the prompts that feel nourishing, useful, or slightly stretchy. Especially the ones that make you go, “Oh, I probably really need this.” Because that is often where the good stuff lives.

The rituals and spells in this workshop can be approached as magical practice, symbolic psychology, intention-setting, nervous system work, creative self-coaching, mindfulness, or all of the above. You do not have to believe the same thing as anyone else in the room. You just have to be open to the process.

No. This is not one of those “please gather seventeen rare herbs, a golden cauldron, and the tears of a midsummer fairy” situations.

Some rituals may invite you to use simple items like a journal, pen, candle, herbs, tea, seasonal fruit, water, flowers, stones, or things you can find in nature or already have around your home. If anything specific is needed, you will be told in advance, and substitutions are always welcome.

Magic should be woven into your life, not turn into another expensive errand.

That is completely okay. Nature is not only found in wildflower meadows, enchanted forests, and cottage gardens that look like they were personally approved by a grandmotherly hedge witch.

Nature is in the sky above you, the sunlight through your window, the herbs in your tea, the water in your glass, the air in your lungs, the moon over the rooftops, the houseplant refusing to die despite your questionable watering schedule.

You can adapt the practices to your home, balcony, local park, kitchen, windowsill, or wherever you are.

No. This is a transformational group workshop, not psychotherapy, and it does not replace medical or mental health care.

Even though I bring in my psychological background and we work with real emotional patterns, nervous system awareness, habits, embodiment, mindset, and self-reflection, this is still a coaching and workshop space. If you are currently in crisis, dealing with severe trauma symptoms, or need clinical support, please work with a licensed therapist or mental health professional alongside or instead of this workshop.

Hi, I’m Bex. I am a psychologist by profession and a witchy coach, retreat leader, and workshop facilitator with 7 years of experience holding transformational spaces.

My work blends scientific psychological tools with magic, whimsy, ritual, embodiment, and creative practices, because I do not just want you to understand something in your head. I want you to feel it in your bones, your body, your nervous system, and your actual everyday life.

My style is warm, approachable, honest, intimate, and practical, with enough magic to make the process feel meaningful and enough psychology to make sure we are not just aggressively sprinkling lavender on burnout and calling it a lifestyle.

All live classes are hosted over Zoom. You will receive the link and all necessary details before the sessions begin.
